Not wholly aquatic but it does USE water. UP has fully restored this monster 4-8-8-4 . It stopped in San Antonio this morning and will move on to Houston tomorrow. I'm 6'1" and I'm sweating from the heat coming off the firebox but I wanted to show the size of the drive wheels.
