Irrespective of the race, my guess is that one of the owners is underwater on his loan to value ratio.

I just changed all my passwords to incorrect. If I type in the wrong password, the computer just flat out tells me my password is incorrect. Isn't technology wonderful?

When I was the Director of Technology for a privater school, my password was 'I don't need 1' That way, if any of the kids was ever bold enough to ask me what my password was, I could tell them.
