I'm kinda wondering what the bumpers are for. Maybe the homeless person is considerate enough to try and keep the dirt from rubbing off on the dock?

LOL....There is actually a homeless guy living in a sailboat on the Ashley River not far from me. He is anchored right next tot he CG station. It looks like he collects any and all floating bumpers that drift by. I'll try to get a picture next time I'm floating by.

...And use that new tool standard that no one has adopted yet. No slothead, Phillips, hex or star bit tooling. We don't want to be like E V E R Y B O D Y else in the industry.

Ah, to go back to the good old Guild System in Jolly Olde England back about 1700 or who knows when.

If you ventured outside your locale and broke a bolt on your ox drawn cart, you were hooped as there were no standards for bolts, nuts or anything else mechanical. Different bolt thread pitch, bolt diameters measured in fractions of the span of a hand or width of a thumb, and bolt heads with any number of sides depending on what was popular in that locale.

Only solution was to load the ox into the cart and you haul the both of them back to your locale for a compatible bolt.

An actual "hole in the wall" burger place on Isla Holbox. They were closed, so I don't know if they rose to the hype ;).

Recent electrical outlet repairs brought me to buy a new to me style of driver. An ECX driver.

I've used straight slot and phillips screw drivers, but they can slip when trying to tighten the wire leads. A proper ECX driver is an improvement, and speeds up the job.

Who knew I needed a new tool.
