Great photo, the one of the kids makes me miss my own, now grown. We had great times through the years though. Our camping trips in okinawa are the most memorable. We would put the tent on the beach in some out of the way cove, and stay there all week, snorkeling, sunset watching, collect shells, make sand castle cities for the hermit crabs, eat sand in our hotdogs, etc. etc. Now that is the life.
We tried to sail this weekend. Saturday was my only day off. Even though i had worked till 2 A.M., i got up before Lynn and got the gear packed. We went to the boat early and cast off, but very little wind at all. By the time noon hit it was 94 humid degrees and hot hot hot. We rode a little puff of wind back to the dock and came home. Makes me wish for a salt water slip somewhere.
