I have the same boat. Talked to Hal several times via phone. The boat should be hauled by now. Awaiting the findings..
I have isolated the source. Water is coming in from a weep hole from a breach somewhere in the encapsulated keel. We were able to get the water level down to about two inches in the bilge below the sole. I don't know how down to the bottom of the deep keel bilge at the aft end of the keel. I had a gusher break a swivel pin that is in process of repair. I have arranged for a lift into a yard where we can determine the damage.

Mark, you hit it right. That is what I was getting to. I would have tried to explain how a gusher was designed down to the process of manufacturing, marketing and delivery. Being a "type A" person has its drawbacks. Thanks Mark.
If it is coming in from a tube, the shaft log, etc. a real simple and easy thing to do is stick and pack a towel in the hole to slow it down so that the bilge pump can keep up.
Tried to patch with Splash Zone but it takes forever to set up, I couldn't hold in place too long my hands aren't as good anymore. Found a Green stick of two part putty that sets up in 5 minutes. I couldn't get it to completely seal but i have it down to a small trickle. I have a pump setup and we are holding. I am trying to setup a haulout, we only have two travel lifts that can handle 15k lbs, and you go into a waiting list. Power boats seem to have priority and whoever is the best friend of the lift operator.

This! You may want to call your insurance company, and see if they can bring any pressure to bear on the yard you want to haul it out. The threat of subrogation may move them along, whereas common sense apparently is not.

Bring ‘em a case of beer, explain you are taking on water and need to get hauled…offer a nice “tip”. There has to be a way to get on the short list.

I'm not sure you have the leak under control. If you plugged the tube, which, I think is a limber tube, water may just be backing up upstream of it.
Finally, after being on a waiting list, got her hauled this morning. Found the source of the leak. There is a crack about 9 inches long. It is not from having run aground, it is coming from inside. The crack is directly below the mast where it sets on top of the keel. I will post a picture when the Captain gets home. Something that I have wondered since I first climbed on board, the upper and lower shrouds are really tight. there doesn't seem to be any flex at all. I don't know how to measure the "tightness", but whatever it is, it sure seems way over the required amount. To me it seems like the mast is being forced thru the hull. Not sure what the next step is. So I'll also do the bottom, actually in really good shape.
