Test fit of new block looks great. I will clean it up and add some sealant. Then to fix my mistake and place the access port in the correct position. I might just fill it back up with foam and seal it in as I should not need to mess with this again for many years.

Out with the old. By the way if installing an access port it is much higher than I estimated on the Oday 19 put the port as high as you can. I estimated it way too low. Great thing with fiberglass is you can hide your mistakes.

You can not even tell where the seam is. This is great stuff I will be using in many future projects.

New Bow Eye block cut from PVC board two 3.5" x 3/4" x 4" glued together. At least this will not rot out.
