Does anyone know if there's a source for premade wooden slats that are on the interior walls of the C30 MKIII? I think some areas might be too far gone for sanding. Would prefer to buy premade than to sand, shape, lacquer, etc

The original supplier in California was a place in Rancho Dominguez that closed about a decade ago. I'd inquired about new floorboards and the owner advised me they supplied them as "trim to fit" because the boats varied. He said if I brought the old ones in he'd make exact fit. When I returned a few weeks later he had passed the night before. I don't think they made any 30's in Florida, but you might check with the factory for their current supplier.
BTW I don't think those are slats but Ash plywood.

Maybe you could find tongue and groove thin flooring or paneling to make your repairs.
Finding an exact pre-made match for the interior of a 30 year old boat seems to be looking for a unicorn.
Perhaps finding a boat that was destroyed in a storm and being parted for salvage might be a possibilty.

It's Ash but not plywood. Go to any lumber store with the photo and dimensions.
I had a feeling these might not be available or worth jumping through multiple hoops just to pay through the nose. Thanks for confirming the material @Calif. Ted and @Stu Jackson. How successful do you guys think sanding will be? I know I wont be able to remove all of the stains but it's in the aft bunk so it's not very visible. What should it be re-coated with?
C30's were made in Florida starting with the 1990 model year until end of production. The PO claimed to have sourced them from Catalina in Florida and installed them on my 93 MkII.
You might want to give Catalina Yachts a call and check. I did when I needed a new mast head casting. They had two collecting dust. I bought one at what I thought was a very reasonable price. Maybe you'll find the same with the plywood slats.
And yes, they are plywood. I've had the one over the hanging locker off several times.

It's possible they were thin strips laminated onto plywood. I didn't look at it that closely but it did come off in one piece.
Nah this is a Catalina. They're too cheap to use extra material. This is glued directly to the fiberglass. So far it's falling off in one piece! I'll pull it off the next time I'm there
