update : my wife didn't name the 35' Morgan... we decided to sell it instead... so I is listed for sale now....
we bought a 1979 Dufour 12,000ct 45ft sailboat.... my wife named the boat s/v Kai Xin Yuan.... that translates from Chinese to be "happy home".... we will be moving to florida soon and will move onto the boat to live.... I am in the process of getting a transfer with the company I work for... and transferring to florida.... health reasons for me... climate for my wife...
