Landau if you want to keep drinking the koolaid
Then go ahead. Are you saying that Tim doctored those pictures!?! What about the SILENCE and non response from TCS. The TCS silence and lame response on this board speaks VOLUMES!.Funny if this was a stand up business then WHY did TCS IGNORE the court's judgement to the point it had to go through a collection process. If you want to believe the pictures are doctored then keep drinking the koolaidAlso YOyour implication you wrote earlier is WRONG (Alot of people get away with alot of things because thier legal council is better than the other guys) You can't use that lame Slick Lawyers ripping off poor businessman crap either . There was no slick lawyer in Court it was Tim telling story and the "professionals" TCS telling their side -- it didn't take long for the Court officer to see through the Bull that TCS was throwing out. TCS "finally admitted the cover didn't fit, but insisted it was off only by about 6 inches" If you want to proof and say Tim was making that up all you need to do is get the court papers from NY. Go back through the archives this was NOT an isolated incident with regards to the Canvas Store. I have seen it a few times on other sailing Bulletin Boards. The guy over there has a history of crappy work and not making things right. "Screw those guys, the owner and employees alike. Is that what you want to hear?"Ya know Landau that is typical BS rebutal Its as lame as the Canvas Stores work. I hope your business is run better than that. Instead of a good argument try and turn it around on US for TCS"You guys should protect yourselves from stuff like this." Let the facts fall where they may -- I DO recall the BB thread on Sailcare and the facts came out! I stayed out of that Thread and I recall the people or others from Sailcare responded with infromation on what really happens. they didn't crawl into a hole like TCS and IGNORE the problem . I seem to recall after the KNOWLEDGE and FACTS that the SailCare Company came out just fine and infact looked admirable.TCS has had a LONGGGGGG time to try and make this right and the business owner did a TERRIBLE business prsactice and he tried to ignore everything and did NOT TAKE ACTION TO MAKE IT RIGHT (that is his biggest problem)"It may be your job or your business. All it takes is one mistake or one disgruntled client to put you out of business. "Oh please - spare me the dramatics !
