I think there is a fair amount of confusion because what you are asking about is very unusual. I have been sailing a long time and have never heard of such a thing outside of Europe. So, it isn't surprising people are confused about what you're asking.

That said, I think the next point of confusion is why you don't get the actual dimensions from the current bridle. There is probably no one better positioned to get the best dimensions for your boat than you are. Since these lifting points are surely aftermarket additions, there would be no "standard" placement or dimensions.

since the mast will stay raised, definitely mode the lifting point closer to the mast as the boat with the bridle in the image will be bow heavy.

On my boat I lift the 10ft 100lb dinghy using a bridle and the spinnaker halyard to raise and lower the dingy from the fore deck to the water. I have a three line bridle. There are two lines to the stern and one to the bow. The lifting lines are about 3/5ths stern and 2/5ths bow. It keeps the dinghy level and easy to manage.
