Prop shaft zinc 321

I wonder If there would be enough clearance to prevent my prop in the folded position from hitting the front of the rudder...Not a bad idea for all of the other benefits mentioned by Mechone.
Here's mine installed. the red bolt is for engine alignment ,you put a feeler gauge between that and coupling half ,take readings at 12 and 6 and 3 and 9 all the same your engine is in perfect alignment

Well I made it down to Florida and tried to put that 1/2 inch thick zinc on and it does NOT fit. I guess back to the fish over the side.

Hhmmm... what does not fit? the thickness? The diameter?

I don't have line cutter but mine was a charter boat out of Florida and has skag in front of the prop which leaves me to believe that is not standard. I don't have the 1/2 inch that I should have.
