Indeed. Getting everyone team shirts? easy. Getting everyone to wear it on the same day? Impossible!
Even if we do all wear them together, 1/2 the crew will have a jacket on, or their PDF covers it. Every now and then we get a shot of the boat with crew dressed up, but it rare. And it's not high on the priority list. Crew mostly likes to wear them to the parties at night after racing. They get the shirt once making the 'regular crew list'.
