As a philosopher, I find this appealing. As a contemporary sailor, I find this an apropos commentary on modern boating trends.

It might be a wave reflection, if not, its a pretty ugly depression.
That goes well with your avatar.....There's no rum left, but there's half a bottle left of port.
That is crooked as heck and it's bothering me.I saw this one a week or two ago. Made me laugh.

No way a T10. They have flush decks, and fractional rigs with swept spreaders. It might be a wave reflection, if not, its a pretty ugly depression.
The boat looks like a Tartan 10, and their hulls were known to be somewhat lopsided because the hull mold was not perfect. That’s not where the imperfection was.
Yeah someone didn't measure right, and some of the letters don't line up right as well. The O in Boca and the I in Sinner are way off.
Either that or reflections from the water. I don’t know of too many birds that poop upwards. Trust me. I know bird poop.Poor Photoshop. No bird poop on the letters, but all over the back of the boat.
So, that would make you a fecesionado?Either that or reflections from the water. I don’t know of too many birds that poop upwards. Trust me. I know bird poop.
I’ve been pooped upon enough to know. So, that would make you a fecesionado?
Jackdaw, you’re right about the rig. I wasn’t looking at that. It still looks like a flush deck if you look at the dodger there doesn’t appear to be a cabin top there. Doesn’t matter anyway. That wasn’t the subject of the original post.No way a T10. They have flush decks, and fractional rigs with swept spreaders.
The kids on the foredeck? are playing with fire. You fall into the canal water in Amsterdam and they take you straight to the hospital. Nasty nasty stuff.Anyone in the market for new boat shoes?

Kermit, where does one find those blue mesh bags like you have next to the companion way in that picture? I've been looking for a couple of those.I’ve been pooped upon enough to know.
I took the picture, so it's not Photoshop. This boat was however a mess. Lots of growth on the anchor line and hull, bird droppings everywhere, jib just lying on the deck, gas cans strewn on the starboard rail. It even had a removal notice taped to the companionway hatch. Looks like it was a nice boat at one time.Poor Photoshop. No bird poop on the letters, but all over the back of the boat.
