I told my wife we could do that. I’ll be at the helm and she gets to do what eight 20-40 year old men are doing to complete the gybe.

And I bet your wife gave you that look that many of us married men fear.

It is a slippery slope. She may just invite a few of those young hard bodies aboard for the work and entertainment.

I read this one on a Tee-shirt in a marine-themed gift shop in Portland, ME some number of years ago. “If a man says something at sea and there is no woman to hear, is he still wrong?”
