but it was never a test of the forum, but of my understanding and following of the established forum etiquette.

Forum etiquette - ask questions about boats/boating and related. Not for politics, selling, rudeness and the like. Most of us don't care about spelling or proper Grammer, unless it's getting in the way of understanding and then likely clarifications may be asked.... There may be folks that don't have English as their primary language, we don't care. If you ask me, this is one of the very best sailing forums available.... Glad you found us!
