Silly question but.. where do you get the charts? West Marine?

NOAA no longer prints nautical charts - now all electronic nautical charts (ENC).

There are some places that will print charts for you for a fee. Here's one:

If you know anyone with a 3d printer, you can make an escutcheon plate to cover the hole and fit the new instrument. I did that for a battery switch I recently replaced. The old one was much larger with four screw holes.

it's just a cheep little clock I picked up at Fred Meyer. I think it was in with the RV stuff. it's since been "upgraded" lol.

Indeed, there are places you can buy apps and charts.
I have used OpenCPN as a charting tool on a Windows-based laptop. I now prefer the LuckGrib software (Apple hardware-based) for passage routing due to its weather routing and wind/boat polar information.
