Harmonic Agreement
I am going to have to agree with Brooke on this one. The irony of the opposition in this argument is this: I have always considered Jimmy Buffet the worst communist of them all. For instance, imagine Lenin or Castro up on stage waving his arms about, preaching to thousands of screaming fans that really can't fathom the totalitarian control that the leader has on them. Oh wait, am I talking about Lenin... or Buffet? Is there a difference? In fact, which one is worse? Lenin and Castro would be giving impassioned speeches about rights/nonrights, with occaisional genocide thrown into the mix... Buffet would be singing heartless tunes like "Why Don't We Get Drunk and Screw", annihilating his listeners' intellect and imagination. In both cases, we have an unprecedented death toll... but the difference is passion in the message, right? As Jimmy Buffet's rapidly multiplying toadies continue to conform in the Hawaiian shirts and drunkenness of the PUKE (Parrothead Underground Kommunist Exercises), remember to keep Margaritaville away from that true symbol of American Freedom (and the way we got here in the first place!): The Sailboat
