I have an 1986 Cat. 30 with a Universal 25 desiel. The problem is with the alternator braket belt tensioning bolt. It is the bolt that goes thru the oblong hole in the bracket that when loosened allows you to adjust the alternator belt tension and then when tightened (in theory) allows the braket to hold the tension. My bolt goes through the braket and into the top of the motor just below where you add oil. The problem is that it just rotates. I can't tighten or back the bolt out. Seems like this may be a common problem. Any help?Tim
