First coat of totalboat epoxy primer on. I will do 3 coats.

Yeah and there are other patches up there. I just ordered one of the small veld sanders with an 18” extension. I think I can get up there to smooth it down.are you talking about the rough spots inside tbe trunk?

i completely understand.Yep. It appears that is where they cut the fiberglass out to put a new cable on the keel. They fiberglassed it back. I think it is more cosmetic and because I am looking at it I want to repair it.
What primer are you using?Finally 3 coats of primer on it. I have a little work left to do where the keel attaches.
I am using the TotalBoat 2-part Epoxy Primer and Sealer. This stuff is easy to use, easy to mix and strong. I painted 2 coats, then sanded with 80 grit to smooth it out, then painted the 3rd and final coat.What primer are you using?
That looks great man! Nice work!First coat of bottom paint on it. Hopefully it darkens up a little more.
