Stout's the word this time, but now that it's cooler I'll try to do a lager at some point, too. Are you doing all grain or extract? I don't have room enough to create an all grain set up because my outboard motors are taking up the space.
Doing extract for now, but aim to do all grain soon enough. Currently doing a lot of reading and collecting the necessary equipment to get pretty serious with it. I'd like to get out of the IT industry one day, and try to do something I enjoy a tad more. Any particular recipe you'll be giving a shot soon?Stout's the word this time, but now that it's cooler I'll try to do a lager at some point, too. Are you doing all grain or extract? Sounds good to me!Well, if you're trailer sailing, then you're only 2.5 hours from here, and if you bring the old pop top out to Lake Monroe we'll make sure to keep some homebrew chilled for you.
Ken, you know if I do something I don't do it half way!Good trick Nate.
I honestly thought you were smoking a sock full of english walnuts
and you come up with two jugs of hooch!
That's good then, you'll have less heartache than I...It will be interesting to see how your pop top recoring project goes. I have been trying to decide what to do with mine. Thank goodness mine is in a little better shape than yours was.
