000 0223 Centerboard hanger; board and rope roller pins. Pins were too short to stay engaged while assembling into hull so I added the epoxy buttons on ends each side and custom trimm ed for a light slip fit in well. Origonally had duct tape holding in the pins.

When I bought her there was standing water on the cabin sole which rotted the bottom of the port bulkhead and the compression post. The starboard bulkhead was rotted where the water dripped down the chainplate from the deck. The fabric on the hull is stained and the glue is dried and coming apart. The teak and holly floorboards covering the bilge were also rotten and will have to be replaced.
