I set the motor in and moved it around to align the shaft. Didn't quite match up with the old holes, so had to drill new ones.

Flex Coupling. Getting this thing aligned with the shaft and the motor took a lot of time. After everything I read I knew that this has to be right on or the vibration can cause a bunch of problems.

The tip of the oqurih mountain range. The marina is to the left of the picture. You have to aim for the big smokestack and it will get you close. The old GPS is much more accurate than the stack, but it's good to know during the day.

View of the Great Salt Lake Marina 5 miles out. It's so easy to see I have to use the GPS to find the deep water channel to get back in.
