The most rpms i can get is 2200 and that is after a new bottom job, re-packed shaft, replaced cutlass bearing, replaced mixing elbow, replace air intake filter, checked the throttle linkage and today sent a diver down to check for fouled prop and discovered all is well down below any help out there. No smoke from the exhaust, and no oil leaking. there was a light dusting of soot on the fantail where the water splashed, thanks Guy
