I'm planning on installing a new toilet in my 1986 C30 SR head. The model I'm thinking of using is the Raritan Cricket model 1401 recommended by Peggy Hall(this model has a slightly larger 'household' size bowl - see http://www.raritaneng.com/Products/Heads/Cricket/cricket.html). Its dimensions are: 17in deep, 16-1/4in high, and 17in wide. This is 3" deeper, 3/8" higher, and 1/4" wider than the standard 'marine' size bowl. The obvious answer here is 'go measure it' but I'm trying to avoid the 1-hour trip up to the marina and I'm hangin around the home PC just now, so... Has anyone had experience trying to install this slightly larger bowl size in the C30 head? Is it usable without becoming a contortionist? Please respond quickly - I have to go....
