@Justin_NSA - I did not so much find replacements as construct them out of some parts I found at Home Depot. I don't think I took pictures, and we sold the boat at the end of 2018, but here is what I remember.
The parts are in the hardware section, in some of those big cabinets with lots of drawers that have miscellaneous small parts that are NOT fasteners. (I know that sounds stupid, but in my store they were across the aisle from the fastener selection). I ended up buying a plastic (or teflon?)
sleeve bushing of an outside diameter that I felt was appropriate (with an ID that wouldn't rattle around on the spindle), and a pair of plastic (or teflon) flat washers, one for each side of the sleeve. So what I created looked kind of like a really small white plastic cable spool that they wind long runs of cable on. Or if you prefer, an empty spool of sewing thread, with deeper "edges" (the washers).
I think I spent less than $3 for the parts that let me make three replacement items. The fourth copy of the original was in good shape, so I let it be.
I hope this makes sense. If not, shoot me a PM.
Edit: I have confirmed that I do not have a picture. My wife seems to recall that instead of being a straight sleeve, the part we bought for the middle did have some "hourglass" shape to it, like the original fairlead. Being a lot younger than I am, she has a better memory, so she is likely right. I may look at the HD website tonight to see if I can steer you in the right direction. It sure was a cheap, and very successful fix.
Edit 2: The proper term is not sleeve, but bushing. Something like this, and I guess they were nylon (hey it ends like teflon!):
And it could have been Lowes, not HD. Hope this helps. The nylon washers were in an adjacent drawer, so once I found the area, it was just a question of what sizes worked best.
