When I tried them before I got mine from Garhauer they told me that they were no longer available,.
Latest status: Garhauer is shipping me 6 of them at $6 each plus shipping.
My neighbor with a Hunter 25.5 has the same furler. Some of his are worn down to the center pins. It's evident that the line does ride on the sheaves and round ones will definitely help.

I have heard some sailors bash Garhauer but I have always found their customer service to be top notch and if they do not have what you need, they can make it for you.
Wow, that's way sexier than my solution, but about a bottle of Eagle Rare more expensive.
Please post a picture when they arrive (or are installed). I'd like to see what I COULD have had.
My new Hood stanchion block sheaves arrived. They look like rubber but are some sort of hard plastic. Haven't installed them but they look good! 6 of them are enough for my 3 siamese blocks. I will hold on to any old ones that are still good. Next project.....
