What to do with these spider cracks?

What should be done to bring back the finish? These cracks seem to be on the surface. I was just thinking of putting a new Gel coat finish on it. What kind of coating would you use?

I cleaned the cracks out with a can opener then skimed w/ marinetech then Gelcoat, All gone
