What is this Ship's Symbol?

Hello all!

I recently bought a O'Day Widgeon, and I got two mainsails with it; one that works fine, and one with several holes that need to be patched. The one with the holes has the symbol that I attached. Does anyone know what boat this originally went to? Just wondering.

Edit: It almost looks like a backward "S" with a wing.

That is the back side of the sail. Might want to look at the other side. Otherwise, it is the symbol for a Sprite.
