What does this symbol mean?

The first time I anchored in the Annapolis harbor for the 4th of July, I noticed alot of yuppies going to and from a boat next door. Boat had a flag, light blue, with a white "X" like on a Rebel flag. Might have been PWP, or maybe just a "marker flag". It seemed a good way to help people/water taxi find your boat. I made one of my own, a black flag with a big
on it. It has served me well.

As a signal flag it means....
- My vessel is stopped and making no way through the water.
- It also is the Flag of Scotland

I'm sorry- why worry about it? the sail seems in good shape- just use it. I do understand wanting to know where it comes from though
Your boat was built either on the west coast or over in Suffolk, Virginia. Therefore, it has nothing to do with the manufacturer. It was put on probably for the reason our good friend, the ugly green frog, Kermit so stated. I laughed over the scissors
Besides, you may find yourself stuck with it even after you've peeled off the decal...'cuz if that sail were used much, it may have faded a bit everywhere that isn't covered by the decal. Invent a good story to go with it and then...go with it!

Look at it turned 90* to the right. It *sorta* looks like a turtle. If you can’t see it try drinking heavily. That’ll do the trick.
