We have a 2002 C-320 and on our cruise this summer we talked about perhaps adding a water tank accumulator to stop the "chatter" when using any of the faucets. Any owners who have done this or who may have an idea to address the problem, please chat.

I added one...

...to my C30. It really smoothed out the system and was very easy to install. Just splice it into the fresh-water line after the pump and before the hot water heater. My only regret is that I didn't get a bigger one. More volume allows the water to run longer before the pump switches on. I would recommend the largest one that you can fit in the space you plan to install it in. Also, you can save some money and get them at Home Depot (or other household supply stores) instead of at a marine supplier. Mine is all plastic so will never rust. As an aside, I also installed a cartridge filter system downstream of the accumulator (before the HW heater), but I suppose it could be mounted anywhere before the heater. Change cartridges every 2 to 3 months and the water in the tanks is drinkable without bad taste.
