I drained the fresh water tank into the hull. Is there a drain to let water from this area into the bilge? I couldn't find one.

Not sure what you were trying to do. I generally use the fresh water pump to empty the water tank into the sink, and out of the boat.
Did something fail (a water hose)?

I siphoned the water into the bilge to remove it. I was replumbing the boat.

The pressure side is all PEX. Drains and vents are nylon reinforced vinyl tubing.
