I am a new owner and still trying to shakedown my vessel. We launched this past weekend and in the process filled the water tanks, but the only thing that seems to work is the head. I flipped the switch for the water pressure and can hear it churning away, but the sinks, shower, and all don't seem to pump anything. Is there something I am missing? What do I need to do?

Check your pump. Check that your valves are open. Unless there is an obstruction in the lines (not likely) one of those is your problem. Good luck and good sailing, Ron

The toilet pulls from the sea water. I have checked all the spicket / water valves under the sink too. One had a hose that wasn't connected to anything. So I connected it to the sink, but still it doesn't pump any water. Any thoughts?

If there is a loose fitting before the pump intake you may be air bound. I found air to be the real enemy of my pressure water system.

If your water tanks were empty or your pump was run dry you most likely have an airlock , to get rid of it you undo the outlet side of the pump and then nturn the water pump switch on until it picks up water , you will need two peopleunless the pump and switch are close , did you see ifn there is a shutoff at the water tank
