I have water in the bilge when the boat is on the hard, but not when in the water with the mast up. Any ideas where it's coming from?

The forward hatch on my 23.5 leaks when on the hard because the bow of the boat is tilted up higher and water pools at the hinge of the hatch instead of running forward and off the deck. (The gasket under the hatch has developed a gap back at the hinge and needs to be replaced.)
Friends of our who has a 2012 H33 had recently some repair done on the rub rail. During rain fall or washing the boat, water leaked into the boat by the aft cabin.

Leak into aft cabin
I tightened the toe rails and that seemed to take care of the leak in the aft cabin of my H25.5
maybe you could check the anchor locker drain on the bow where it goes thru the hull.check the other thru hulls-drains/breathers. I know of situations where the anchor drain had cracked from age and when sailing at a good heel, it was scooping up seawater which eventually drained into the bilge.
