Son is USAF instructor pilot (EC-130). Deployed 7 times to OEF (and counting).

Father-in-law, USMC dive-bomb pilot (WW II).

Reading through the posts I got a serious case of sweating eyes. An enormous amount of time spent defending what Ross was talking about in his post on free speach. PLEASE, PLEASE don't let it be wasted!

tx national guard 1984-1992 due to my lack of 180 days "active" service I am not a veteran. And I might add I was and am still ready to jump into the thick of it at a moments notice. It is a real disappointment that I never got the opportunity to earn the freedoms I enjoy so much.

I got out of the USN in 1976. My Father was in the Raiders in WWII, wounded, decorated and finally got full disability 45 years after the fact. He passed in Jan.. Semper Fi Pops...
