Finished the prep the other day.

and got the primer on yesterday afternoon.

It doesn't look too bad but needs sanding of course...

It's a two part epoxy sealer sanding primer because this is a 35 year old hull and shows it.

I still have some spots that even the primer won't fill.

That's what epoxy is for. The final layup was 10 mils wet which will cure to about 8 mils. We'll sand off 3 mils and then spray topcoat. We also got the varnish job. Should be fun...
