On my 23.5 my main sheet has developed a twist,neither block are bound,removed main sheet,washed and re rigged to no effect,dry lubed both blocks,Do you think main sheet has retained a twist.

Do your blocks swivel? If so, you either need to "tie them up" (my PO did that with small twine) or buy new non-swiveling blocks. Garhauer is a good source.
Victory,Tried that,Didn,t make a difference.They are swivel blocks.If I change to ridged as Stu suggested how will the mainsheet not jamb at fiddle cam cleat because of angle of sheet.Blocks are mid boom.
Did you know that most blocks can be locked so they won't swivel?
You might try reversing the sheet..... also reverse the direction of one of the legs.

Is the twist at the traveler end or the boom end.....
What usually causes twists or binding in the multiple purchase gangs such as the mainsheet is one of the blocks has been turned inside out by mistake.
