Just as you might have felt tropical 2017 was done.

The only big area of Tropical Heat potential left is south of Cuba.
The computer INVESTigation models are kicking in.

It looks like the Cold High Pressures over USA now will shield most of continental USA, pushing Invest 93 into the mid Atlantic.

Some strengthening will occur in next few days. Look at Saturday for more News cycle updates.

Moving now and easier to follow. Lot a rain and wind in its path.

Doesn't look like it going to go to Hurricane status. Cuba to take out a lot of its energy.

The Tropical Storm got a Name, but not much News. It is over Southern Florida now.

I guess after a few Florida evacuations this year, it is kind of "Oh Well"
I hope all it well as Philippe head North East to Atlantic Death.
