Trying to close gaps in poor dodger/bimini design

Hi there!

I am trying to close some gaps between pieces of navy sunbrella between my dodger and bimini. Some holes are from poor design choices (no idea how they ended up with the idea they did), and some used to accommodate the main sheet and cockpit traveler back when there was one. See attached photos.

So I am wondering if anyone has an idea of how to attach a flap of additional fabric to close the gaps without sewing. The zipper and leather-bound hole will never be used again and I can close it up completely. The triangular gap between the corner of the dodger and bimini would probably need to have some flap attached to the bimini that rain can run down. If I can close these gaps then the entire cockpit will be quite dry.

Maybe some kind of iron-on kit? No idea...

Thanks!

Why don't you just get some fabric nails from Home Depot?

Sorry, just messin' with you. That job needs sewing.

Yeah, you gotta have sewn, dude.
