I would like to replace my traveler line on my 84 27. Anyone know the lenght or where I can get a pre-fab that matches the older one

would be depended on what traveler system you have and how many sheaves/purchase. We can't help you with that unless we know. Suggest you measure it yourself. Sources for line? Pre-fab what? You buy the line, cut it to match and do splices or knots at the ends. Please let me know if I'm missing something here.
