Transom Repair

I need to repair the trim on the transom. The trim under the motor mount has broken off.. Anyone have any ideas where or what product I can use to repair..

I own a Pearson 26 One Design in Pennsylvania

I have the same boat with the same problem. I haven't done anything yet but would like to know if you find the correct trim.

Now there's at least three of us. Have either of you come up with a solution? I'm thinking of cutting an inboard frame and an outboard frame out of thin wood (veneer?), then using another piece to act as a cap, and the West System to tie it all together. But there's got to be an easier way. Maybe just split a hose lenght-wise and West System over it? Any input would be appreciated.
