Not a problem with my 30
Don't be scared!! It will trailer just fine. I found this triple axle trailer for 800 bucks, no lights or brakes, mounted my cradle on it and it hauls about 8 miles from home to the marina twice a year. Don't worry if you don't have truck, I hired a wrecker to haul mine, they are liscenced for hauling about anything, brakes & lights not needed, they have a big truck and portable lights and insurance for what they are hauling. They even pull it out of the gar and back it back in too. I have hauled it with a 3/4 ton truck the last time we moved it. My 30 is only 10,500 lbs. most power boats are heavier than that. Launching and loading is the problem, I still have to have the marina use the travel lift for this, as we have no long ramps around here, if there is one you need an extendable toung on the trailer and no braces on the back of the cradle, for floating on.
It can be done, but for $150 wrecker hauling each way and 500 in and 500 out, each year is still cheaper than buying a truck. My 3/4 ton van would haul it if the trailer had brakes and lights. The tounge is to short too on the trailer, the bow will hit the van.
