Time for a new outboard

.I'm not sure the Tohatsu 6 horse is enough and there are very few dealers around . I do appreciate everyones input

The displacement on the H26 is 600 pounds more than the O’day 25. The tohatsu pushed the H26 just fine

I retired before that happened in 2017. I looked it up Another one bit the dust. You will find we are to help you. I did install a 8 hp with electric start over 30 years ago with cockpit controls on an O’Day 25 FYI
