Three bladed feathering props.

As I transition from racing/crusing to crusing/racing, I'm thinking of a smoother, less vibrating prop. I use a martec folder now, and it's a great prop for racing -- almost no drag. However, there is lots of vibration, which creates lots of noise.I'm wondering if others have had any success with 3 blade feathering/folding props and what are thevibration/noise charactoristics

No vibration, just power

After finishing the first season on a new boat with a 3 blade Maxprop, I have not felt any vibration, just the satisfying feel of power, especially when backing into my slip.
