Thermostate controlled lights bulbs

1984 Catalina 30 My previous boat had 2 high wattage light bulbs in the engine compartment that were controlled by an electric thermostate. When the space hit a specified temperature the lights would come on. In Dallas this was sufficient heat during our mild winters. Where do I go for this type of thermostate?
