Thought long and hard....
I was given a H23 that had been left open with everything for the boat laying on the hull floor for nine years and rebuilt her to a dream. I have a very young auburn-haired God-Daughter that is very tiny for her age and an Irish Setter bird dog that is extremely tiny for her breed. I call them both "Munchkin" for a nick name. They are both nosey and always had to be part of what I was doing on the boat rebuild. When I finished the boat, I named her after my two girls, "Munchkin"! Both sat in the boat and my God-Daughter (age seven) read the re-naming ceremony I found online and then poured champagne on the bow. My setter is my First Mate all summer and my hunting partner in the late fall and winter and I take my God-Daughter out when I can. How can a man go wrong naming his boat after two cute red heads?Randy SimmonsH23 "Munchkin"
