toe rail
Randy-I recommend that you take off your toe rail either in pieces or in one piece depending on it's state of deterioration and go to a true full service lumber yard where they can do some milling on the teak they sell you. I had to order the teak I needed but it only took a couple of days to get in and the cost to have it put through the planer and then have it rounded over for the cap feature was a minimal amount. The cost of the teak I don't recall but it was MUCH cheaper at the lumber yard than at a marine supply store. If you call around in your area ask if they do milling, planing, routering, etc. Most of those yards that do that are pretty helpful.Good Luck,MikeS/B Pitterpat, Lake Huron
