Teak and holly floors are no different from any other "hardwood floor" in a land-based situation. They are wood, covered by some type of urethane. Because of this, I just use Murphy's Oil Soap on the floors and they look the same as they did when I first bought the boat 7 years ago.
We have oriental runners on the cabin sole. They are secured with carpet tape to prevent slips. Our last boat never needed to have the sole touched up, sanded, oiled or varnished. They looked new after years of use.Jim
