C Calif. Ted . Jun 8, 2004 2,958 Catalina 320 Dana Point Sep 17, 2004 #2 I believe only 270's have step, replaced the 27 in late 1993 early 1994. 28's always had swim step. LE model of the 270 also has water heater & stern pulpit seats.
