I'm the new owner of a lightly used and well-cared for 2013 Sun Cat. While I was able to go over the boat pretty thoroughly, because she is on her trailer, I was not able to see the CB. Given the great shape of the rest of the boat, I'm not really concerned about the condition of the CB but I am curious about how one goes about replacing the sacrificial anode(s).
I can't see how the zincs can be changed unless the CB is lowered. Will I need to bring the boat to a yard to have her lifted up or is there some way to rig things to do it on the trailer? I'll apologize in advance for the question but as new sailor, this is just one more of the many mysteries of boat ownership . . .
