Stocking your bar for guest on a casual basis ?????

Most liquors are to be served with mixers, so I'd go with a common brand, but not expensive; bar stock, not top shelf. Scotch and Bourbon on the other hand are most often drunk alone, so if you want to please your guests you can't beat 12 year old Johnny Black and any 10 year old bourbon. Beer, I really don't think it matters as you probably won't have someone's favorite aboard anyway. A bottle of white wine for the ladies is always nice. Tonic and limes are pretty much stock at any bar. It's your company your guests are there for, not your diversity of alcohol.
Our biggest problem is getting rid of the stuff, as you can't start a charter with opened bottles from previous charters. Party tonight anyone?

+1. I immediately started gathering tools to perform surgery, Too bad my bumpers are so ratty looking. I will need to get a new one , so the wife wouldn't mind drinking from.....
